Null To One began with a direct realization: bright students across universities and colleges in Jammu & Kashmir—such as the University of Kashmir, IUST, NIT Srinagar, and regional engineering institutions—possess immense intellectual curiosity, yet face hurdles breaking into top-tier tech roles.
Academic curricula often emphasize pen-and-paper examinations and syntax memorization over real-world engineering practices: asynchronous programming, version control with Git, automated testing, containerization, and production deployment.
We built Null To One to deliver the training we wished existed when we started. By combining live interactive cohorts, hands-on code reviews, and bilingual explanations in English, Urdu, and Kashmiri contexts, we empower students to build real systems and enter the software industry with authentic competence.
