1. Refund Eligibility

We strive to provide the best educational experience. For our digital courses and live mentorship, Mohd Faisal Wani (NULL TO ONE) offers a strict 7-day refund policy from the exact date and time of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your transaction, no refunds will be processed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, you must contact us directly via email at faysalwani9086@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp at +91 6005537335. Please include your registered email address and the transaction ID in your request.

3. Refund Processing Timeline (Important)

Once your refund request is received and approved by our team, your course access will be revoked immediately. We will initiate the refund through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card).

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will be explicitly denied if the course batch is completed, or if the user is found violating our Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing account access credentials).
