1. Cancellation by the User
Because NULL TO ONE provides immediate access to digital courses and reserves limited seats for live bootcamps, cancellations are handled strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy. You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund. To initiate a cancellation, please email faysalwani9086@gmail.com or call +91 6005537335.
2. Post-Window Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your enrollment or stop attending a course after the 7-day window has expired, you may do so. However, no refunds (partial or full) will be processed for cancellations made after the initial 7 days.
3. Cancellation by NULL TO ONE
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course batch due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor illness, or insufficient enrollment. In the event that we cancel a course entirely before it begins, all enrolled students will be notified via email and will receive a 100% full refund within 5 to 7 working days to their original payment method.
